All of our designs are protected by copyright and are only to be used in conjunction with attendance at one of our events or purchase of one of our art kits.  Please respect the artists who create the designs and do not copy or use for any other purpose.

Public Events

Scheduled open events are open to the public.  Please pre-register for the date and time you would like to attend.  Pre-registration allows us to plan for the appropriate amount of supplies we need to bring to the party, and space is limited at some locations.  If you are unable to make your scheduled event, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the event for a full refund.  Last minute cancellations will be given a gift card which can be used towards a future event. 

Private Events

We are happy to come to your location in Hillsboro, North Plains, Banks, Forest Grove and the surrounding areas.  We prefer to travel no more than about 20 miles from North Plains, Oregon, zip code 97133.

You provide tables, seating, and a water source and we will bring the rest. 

Events typically last about two hours.

Paintings start at $35 per person for adults, and $25 for children.  Paintings for children are typically smaller and simpler.

We do have a minimum charge of $210 for private events and require a $70 deposit at time of booking.  Balance is due on the date of event, either prior to or upon our arrival.  Deposit is refundable if event is cancelled at least 72 hours prior to event.  Host paints for free with 6 paid painters.

If your guests are paying for their painting, we can set up a private event for your guests to register and prepay.
